The kebab renaissance project
We’re a contemporary gourmet restaurant, celebrating our original expression of the modern kebab. We value the traditional Middle Eastern & South Asian cuisine, while also, using modern techniques used in Michelin-starred kitchens.
Le Bab's first opening was in 2016, in Soho, London, followed by Maison Bab and Kebab Queen, as part of the same concept.
For our first international expansion, we chose the ever-changing and exciting Bucharest, so we put together an amazing team to give you a taste of this new approach on an ancient, well-loved dish.
The recipes are all made with local ingredients and we always serve them paired with curated wines, craft beers and cocktails.

The first thing you'll notice is the unique marvel-filled design signed by our long time collaborator, Angus Buchanan, the same amazing artist that helped shape all our our three London restaurants.
The menu is signed by Chef Doug Faulkner who previously worked in Michelin starred-kitchens and has now moved to this amazing city ever since the start of Le Bab Bucharest to transform this project into a successful story.
